TMD - Company/Group & POD Training

    In many situations group or department company training makes the most sense, especially when all in the group are at similar skill levels or when each person needs to learn the same thing(s). The Mac MD takes a similar approach to group/classroom training as we do for individuals, our own methodology of training, called TMD - POD.

Here is how TMD - POD Training works and why it is so successful.

    The Mac MD will go over a quick questionnaire with your department head or group leader, devised to find out your skill levels of the group as well exactly what you want/need to get out of the training. We will then develop a curriculum based on the answers supplied. A schedule is devise and we schedule the training in your office/place of business or an off-site location.
